Meet Ken DeLoach
Republican Candidate for Georgia's 8th District

Kenneth DeLoach was born in Baxley, Georgia, in Appling County on February 19, 1959, graduating from Appling County High School in 1977. He continued his education in Cleveland, Tennessee at Lee University graduating in 1992 with a BS in Christian Education. After completion of his Bachelor’s degree, he attended the Church of God Theological Institute in pursuit of a Master’s degree. He is an ordained Bishop in the Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee.

Ken moved to Houston County fifteen years ago and has resided in the same house in Warner Robins for that period of time. During that time, Ken has served as a Youth Pastor at several local churches, Senior Pastor at Bread of Life in Byron, and currently as Associate Pastor at River of Light in Warner Robins. He is currently employed at Central Fellowship Christian Academy in Bibb County, where for the last ten years he has taught middle school and high school science and drama. Ken is currently the Dean of Students for the school.

Ken married his wife, Lynn Posey DeLoach, on September 26, 1987. Lynn is a registered nurse and has been employed by Central Fellowship Christian Academy in Bibb County for the last five and a half years. They have two sons, Caleb, 14, and Andrew, 11.
